护理新模式在降低初产妇剖宫产率中的应用效果

Application effect of new nursing mode in reducing cesarean section rate of primipara

目的:探讨护理新模式在降低初产妇剖宫产率中的应用效果。方法:纳入本院2017年7月至2018年8月接收的68例初产妇作为研究对象,以硬币投掷法为基准,分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以护理新模式,对68例患者剖宫产率及不良反应发生率进行评估。结果:观察组剖宫产率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对初产妇采用护理新模式干预,可以明显降低剖宫产率,减少不良反应。

Objective:To explore the application effect of new nursing model in reducing cesarean section rate of primipara.Methods:Sixty-eight primipara received in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group based on coin throwing method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given new nursing mode.The rate of cesarean section and the incidence of adverse reactions of 68 cases were evaluated.Results:The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of new nursing mode for primipara can obviously reduce the rate of cesarean section and adverse reactions.
