某大跨度多曲面单层网壳结构施工过程分析

摘要 根据某大跨度多曲面单层网壳结构特点和施工要求,确定"分块拼装、分块吊装、高空对接"的施工方案,并对吊装单位进行吊装分析,采用SAP2000软件建立模型进行施工过程仿真分析,对其安装方案和卸载方案进行了过程分析。分析结果表明,吊装方案、安装方案及卸载方案均能满足安装精度和施工安全的要求。施工方案合理,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。 The construction and structural characteristics of a large span of a large multi-surfaces single layer dome required to determine the"block assembly,lifting block,high butt"construction program,and the lifting unit for lifting was analyzed by using software SAP2000 process simulation model for the construction analysis,process analysis of its installed program and unloading program.The results show that lifting program,installed programs and unloading program can meet the accuracy requirements for installing and construction safety.Construction program is reasonable,which can provide a reference for similar construction.
