点蜂缘蝽聚集信息素及其应用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 点蜂缘蝽近年在我国的发生及危害呈上升趋势,严重威胁我国大豆产业的振兴和发展。该虫具有寄主植物种类多、扩散能力强等特点,影响喷药防治的效果,急需研究开发新的防治技术。点蜂缘蝽聚集信息素主要由雄成虫产生和释放,但对雌、雄成虫及若虫均有较强吸引能力,有望开发应用于点蜂缘蝽的绿色防治。点蜂缘蝽聚集信息素在日本和韩国已有20多年的研究历史,但在我国缺少研究。本文对点蜂缘蝽聚集信息素的鉴定及功能,合成及释放的影响因素,以及在点蜂缘蝽防治中的应用等方面的研究进展进行综述,并对存在问题及未来研究方向进行展望,以期为我国开展点蜂缘蝽聚集信息素的研究及在害虫绿色防控中的应用提供参考。 The occurrence and damage of Riptortus pedestris has been on the rise in recent years,but the control efficacy by spraying insecticides is poor due to the quick moving of both adults and nymphs,which seriously threatens the revitalization and development of Chinese soybean industry.New control technologies for this pest are urgently needed to be researched and developed.The aggregation pheromone of R.pedestris is mainly produced and released by male adults,but is strongly attractive to female and male adults and nymphs.These semiochemicals could be used as a chemical lure and expected to be developed as green control techniques to suppress R.pedestris.The aggregation pheromone has been studied in Japan and South Korea for more than 20 years,but it lacks research in China.In this paper,the research progress on the identification and function,the influencing factors of synthesis and release,and the application in monitoring and control of R.pedestris aggregation pheromone are reviewed,and at meantime,the problems in the application are highlighted,and future directions are suggested.This paper provides an important reference for the research and the application in the pest control of R.pedestris aggregation pheromone in China.
