摘要
基于辐射传热和对流传热原理,以某机械式炉排炉及配套余热锅炉为研究对象,通过热力计算绘制出不同参数过热器特性图,分析主蒸汽参数和炉排炉对余热锅炉额定负荷的影响,得到不同垃圾低位热值、处理量和蒸汽参数下的余热锅炉额定负荷的设计范围。
Based on the principle of radiant heat transfer and convective heat transfer,taking a mechanical grate furnace and the supporting waste heat boiler as the research objects,characteristic diagrams were drawn for the superheater with different parameters through thermodynamic calculations.Meanwhile,the effects of main steam parameters and the grate furnace on the design load of the waste heat boiler were analyzed,thus to obtain the design load range for the waste heat boiler under different conditions of waste heat values,treatment scales and steam parameters.
