花椒烘干房烘干理论分析及流场模拟研究

摘要 花椒是促进我国农业可持续发展的特色作物,且一定程度上能促进退耕还林政策的实施,减少植被表面水土流失。它自身所带的价值和独有的特性决定了其良好的经济市场发展前景,因而对花椒的干燥研究很有意义。在查阅资料和实测数据误差分析的基础上,确定适用于烘干房研究的物理模型及边界条件,对密度、比热等与温度相关物性参数进行设置,利用数值分析方法模拟了烘干房内的速度场分布情况,研究不同烘干阶段及不同的初始条件下,烘干房内流场特性所产生的变化,同时分析评价了不同送风参数下的速度及温度不均匀系数变化规律。研究可为工程实际气流组织设计提供参考依据。 Chinese prickly ash is a characteristic crop that promotes the sustainable development of agriculture in China,and to some extent,can facilitate the implementation of returning farmland to forest policy and reducing soil erosion on the surface of vegetation.The value and unique features of its own decision brought its good economic market development prospects,therefore,the research on the drying of Chinese prickly ash is very meaningful.Based on the literature and the error analysis of the measured data,this paper determined the physical model and boundary conditions suitable for the drying room research.By setting the density,specific heat and other temperature-related physical property parameters,and using the numerical analysis method to simulate the drying velocity field distribution in the room,study the change of the flow field characteristics in the drying room under different drying stages and different initial conditions,and evaluate and analyze the variation law of the speed unevenness coefficient under different air supply parameters,aiming at providing a reference to the actual engineering airflow organizational design.
