自动扶梯驱动链疲劳试验台研制

Development of Fatigue Test Bench for Escalator Drive Chain

摘要 为了研究自动扶梯驱动链的疲劳断裂,研制了自动扶梯驱动链疲劳试验台。首先,介绍了试验台的特性,具体包括试验台的试验对象及要求、主要试验参数等;然后,从机械部分和电液控制部分具体阐述其主要组成及工作原理;最后就疲劳试验、破断拉力试验,以及链长精度测量试验做了实际试验应用。试验结果表明,试验台完全达到试验功能,试验性能良好。 In order to study the phenomenon of fatigue fracture of escalator’s driving chain,a test bench used to study fatigue of escalator’s driving chain was developed.First,this paper introduces the characteristics of the test bench,including the test objects and requirements of the test bench and the main test parameters.Then,from the mechanical part and the electro-hydraulic control part,the main components and working principles are elaborated from the mechanical part and the electro-hydraulic control part.In the end,the experimental applications including fatigue test,tensile strength test and chain length precision measurement test were finished.The experimental results show that the test bench can realize the test function and its performance is good.
