单操作孔完全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗周围型肺癌患者的疗效及安全性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究单操作孔完全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗周围型肺癌患者的疗效及安全性。方法:选取我院2018-01~2019-05收治的周围型肺癌患者80例,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组采用三孔完全胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗,观察组采用单操作孔完全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术治疗。比较2组手术相关指标(手术时间、术中失血量、淋巴结清扫数量、胸管引流时间、住院时间)、术前及术后不同时间点血清淀粉样蛋白(SAA)水平、涎液化糖链抗原-6(KL-6)水平变化、并发症情况。结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中失血量低于对照组,胸管引流、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后1d 2组血清SAA、KL-6水平较术前升高,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后7d 2组血清SAA、KL-6水平较术前、术后1d降低(P<0.05),且2组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.00%较对照组25.00%低(P<0.05)。结论:单操作孔完全胸腔镜肺叶切除术具有损伤小、术后恢复快、机体应激反应小等特点,且术后并发症少,是治疗周围型肺癌安全有效术式。
