论“互联网+”背景下国内图书馆跨界合作

On the Cross-border Cooperation of Domestic Libraries under the Background of“Internet+”

“互联网+”背景下的跨界合作,已在国内图书馆界逐步形成研究热点。本文在梳理国内已有研究成果的基础上,从资源组织建设、服务时空、服务内容三个方面分析国内图书馆跨界合作现状,并找出其存在的发展不平衡、服务同质化严重、网络安全及知识产权隐患以及“越界”等问题,然后从资金投入、服务理念、核心竞争力及监督和协调机制等角度分析问题产生的原因,提出拓宽资金获取渠道、转变服务理念、创新服务模式、加强网络安全和知识产权保护及完善机制等建议,以期为国内图书馆开展跨界合作提供借鉴。

“Internet+”cross-border cooperation has gradually formed a research hotspot in the domestic library community.This paper analyzes the current status of domestic library cross-border cooperation from three aspects:resource organization construction,service time and space,and service content,and finds out the existing problems such as unbalanced development,serious service homogeneity,hidden dangers of network security and intellectual property rights,and border-crossing,and analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of capital investment,service concept,core competitiveness,supervision and coordination,and mechanism adjustment.Furthermore,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as broadening the channels of fund acquisition,changing the service concept,innovating the service mode,strengthening the network security and intellectual property protection and improving the mechanism to provide reference for the domestic libraries to carry out cross-border cooperation.
