基于节点中心均衡性的国内情报学科研团队合作水平分析

An Analysis of the Cooperation Level of Domestic Research Team of Informatics Based on the Balance of Node Center

文章针对在科研团队合作特征研究中忽视团队内部合作均衡性的现状,提出一种基于点度中心度均衡性的科研团队合作水平的评估指标(Cooperative Equilibrium,简称Ce指标),并以我国情报学领域10个科研团队为例进行实证分析,结果表明Ce指标在继承已有指标优势的同时,又能反映团队成员合作的离散性与均衡性,是分析科研团队合作水平的一种有效指标。

In view of the current situation of neglecting intra-team cooperation balance in the research of cooperation characteristics of scientific research teams,an evaluation index(Ce index)of cooperation level of scientific research teams based on point-degree-centricity balance is proposed.This paper takes 10 scientific research teams in the field of Information Science in China as an example.Firstly,Ucinet is used to find out the members of scientific research team and calculate the cooperation frequency of team members.Then,the improved Theil index T is used to measure the balance of cooperation frequency among members of scientific research team,and the weight of average cooperation frequency of team members is used to construct Ce index to evaluate the level of cooperation of scientific research team.The result shows that this method can not only reflect the average level of team cooperation,but also reflect the balance of team cooperation.It is an effective method to analyze the characteristics of scientific research team cooperation.
