摘要
完全学分制是一种教学管理制度,亦是一种因材施教的教育理念。高职院校实施完全学分制是在生源多元化背景下落实分层教学、弹性学制等育人模式改革的路径之一。实践证明,只有将自上而下的推力与学校自发改革的动力结合、将物质条件及制度资源结合才是有效推进改革的关键。高职院校实施完全学分制改革必须坚持以学生为中心,以框架体系整合的选课制度为基础,以不同生源的技能目标为多元化人才培养的依据,以平均绩点制为学习评价的主要模式,因校制宜,推动高职教育特色化的内涵发展。
The complete credit system is not only a teaching management system but also an educational concept of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude. The implementation of complete credit system in higher vocational colleges is one of the approaches of reforming the leveled teaching model and flexible learning scheme in the context of diverse student bodies.Practice has proved that the key of effectively promoting reform lies in combining the top-down driving force and schools’ spontaneous motive force of reform,and integrating the material conditions with institutional resources. Furthermore,several suggestions were proposed in regard to the implementation of complete credit system reform in higher vocational colleges. First of all,the complete credit system should be student-centered. Secondly,it should be built on the basis of an integrated framework of elective courses system. Moreover,the multifaceted talent training should be in accordance with the skill objectives of different student bodies. Lastly,the main study evaluation model of the complete credit system should use the grade point average system. It is believed that,by following the above advices in a way that fits the situation of schools,the connotative development of characterized higher vocational education can be promoted.
