摘要
高等职业教育混合所有制是为了深化产教融合提出的重要政策,但到目前为止没有大规模践行体现了其难度和复杂。在大部分运用人文社科视角的基础上,运用科塞的冲突论和艺术设计中的平面构成理论将改革难点、冲突分解为三个点:公办高职院校产权结构与混合所有制管理模式的冲突、混合所有制四元素(政府、企业、高职院校、学生)价值取向间的冲突、公办高职院校与混合所有制的冲突,并试图探讨出解决冲突的路径,以期能对一级学院混合所有制改革起到促进作用。
The mixed-ownership of higher vocational education was proposed as an important policy in response to the deepening industry-education integration initial. But so far it has not been implemented on a large scale,which reflects its difficulty and complexity. By applying Coser’s conflict theory and the plane composition theory in art design,issues and conflicts in the mixed-ownership reform can be classified into three kinds:(1) conflicts between the structure of property rights in public higher vocational colleges and the mixed-ownership management model,(2) conflicts among the value orientations of four subjects in the mixed-ownership(government,enterprise,higher vocational college and student),(3) conflicts between the higher vocational colleges and the mixed-ownership. With the hope of promoting the mixed-ownership reform,possible ways of resolving conflicts were discussed.
