我院儿科细菌耐药性分析

Analysis of Drug Resistance of Pediatric Bacteria in Our Hospital

摘要 目的:为了分析我院儿科住院患者细菌分布情况以及耐药情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2016~2018年儿科送检非重复标本,采用仪器VITEK 2 Compact进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验,数据采用WHONET5.6软件对筛选的细菌进行统计学分析。结果:从儿科送检标本中分离得到410株非重复细菌,其中革兰阳性菌占51.95%,革兰阴性菌占48.05%。分离出的细菌所占比最多前四位分别是肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌。肺炎链球菌对万古霉素完全敏感。金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素和利奈唑胺完全敏感。大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南耐药率为1.58%。肺炎克雷伯菌对亚胺培南完全敏感。结论:我院儿科主要以肺炎链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌所引起感染为主,细菌耐药情况比较严峻,应加强对流行菌株监测,合理使用抗生素。 Objective:In order to analyze the bacterial distribution and drug resistance of pediatric inpatients in our hospital,provide a reference method for clinical medication:collect non-repeated specimens from our hospital for pediatric examination from 2016 to 2018,and use the instrument VITEK 2 Compact for bacterial identification and drug sensitivity tests,The data was analyzed statistically using the WHONET5.6 software on the screened bacteria.Results:410 non-repeated bacteria were isolated from pediatric specimens,of which Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 51.95%and Gram-negative bacteria accounted for 48.05%.The top four most isolated bacteria were S.pneumoniae,S.aureus,Escherichia coli,and Klebsiella pneumoniae.Streptococcus pneumoniae is completely sensitive to vancomycin.Staphylococcus aureus is completely sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid.The resistance rate of Escherichia coli to imipenem was 1.58%.Klebsiella pneumoniae is completely sensitive to imipenem.Conclusion:Pediatrics in our hospital are mainly caused by infections caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,and Escherichia coli.The bacterial resistance situation is relatively severe.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of epidemic strains and use antibiotics reasonably.
