摘要
心脏骤停是临床上最凶险、最危重的突发病情。全国每年约有50万人死于心脏骤停,因此,及时有效的心肺复苏对于挽救心脏骤停病人的生命起到至关重要的作用。研究促红细胞生成素在大鼠心肺复苏后脑保护作用,并探讨PI3K/AKT信号通路在该过程中的作用,为脑复苏预后提供了新的方向,而低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)、水通道蛋白4(AQP4)、神经调节蛋白-1(NRG-1)的水平变化可以作为观察大鼠神经功能损伤的预后指标。
Cardiac arrest is the most dangerous and critical illness in clinical practice.About 500,000 people die of cardiac arrest each year in the country.Therhfore,timely and effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation is essential to save the lives of pations with cardiac arrest.TO study the protective effect of erythropoietin on brain after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rats,and to explore the role of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in this process,it provides a new direction for the prognosis of cerebral resuscitation,and hypoxia-inducible factor(HIF-1α),Changes in the levels of aquaporin 4(AQP4)and neuroregulin-1(NRG-1)Can be used as prognostic indicators for observing neurological damage in rats.
