环境因素对火电厂湿烟羽深度治理的影响研究

摘要 提出一种基于光学测量原理的新型湿烟羽动态测量方法,在不同环境条件下对我国不同地区典型电厂的湿烟羽长度进行了实际测量和研究,利用Matlab软件拟合分析了大量观测数据,得出湿烟羽长度的影响因素及影响规律。研究结果表明,湿烟羽的视觉长度随环境风速和烟气速度的增大而增大,通常从几十米至数百米;环境温度和环境相对湿度与湿烟羽的长度均呈现指数变化关系,是影响湿烟羽长度的主要因素;湿烟羽长度对烟气温度的变化最为敏感,当烟温升高(依然保持饱和状态)时,湿烟羽长度增大,且增长幅度很大。 A new dynamic measurement method for wet plume based on optical measurement principle is presented,The wet plume length of typical power plants in different regions of China was measured and studied under different environmental conditions,Matlab software is used to analyze a large number of observed data,The influencing factors of wet plume length and their influencing rules are obtained,and The wet plume control model was established by coupling multiple factors.The results show that,The visual length of wet plume increases with the increase of ambient wind speed and smoke velocity,usually from tens to hundreds of meters;The relationship between ambient temperature and ambient relative humidity and the length of the wet plume is exponential,It is the main factor affecting the length of wet plume;The length of wet plume is most sensitive to the change of flue gas temperature,When the smoke temperature rise high(It's still saturated),Wet plume length increases.
