摘要
对硫磺车间溶剂再生塔的腐蚀进行机理分析,通过理化分析实验对试样进行失效分析,认为引起再生塔腐蚀的主要原因为RNH2-CO2-H2S-H2O腐蚀环境下的冲蚀+空泡腐蚀。因此,提出在塔内贫液返塔入口冲击区设置一块面积略大于冲击区面积的防冲挡板(材质选用铬镍奥氏体不锈钢),或整塔更换为耐腐蚀的铬镍奥氏体不锈钢材质等防范措施。
The corrosion mechanism of the solvent regeneration tower in sulfur plant is analyzed.The failure analysis of the samples is carried out through the physical and chemical analysis experiment.It is considered that the main cause of the corrosion of the regeneration tower is erosion+cavitation corrosion under the corrosive environment of RNH2-CO2-H2S-H2O.Therefore,it is proposed to set a baffle plate with an area slightly larger than that of the impact area(made of chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel),or replace the whole tower with corrosion-resistant chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel.
