浅谈检验检测机构参加能力验证的经验

Discussion on the Experience of Participating in Capacity Verification of Inspection and Testing Institutions

能力验证是一种对检验检测机构的能力和管理状况的客观考核方法,是资质认定工作持续有效性的后续监督手段,可以监控和提升检验检测机构检测技术和能力,甚至是可以直接评估和证明检验检测机构出具的数据准确可靠的客观手段,因此各个检验检测机构都十分重视能力验证过程。本文总结了作者在广州开发区水质检测中心获得检验检测机构资质认定七年以来的一些经验体会,以期对能力验证参加者提供一些帮助。

Ability validation is a kind of ability of testing institution and the management condition of objective evaluation methods,is continuous qualification authentication work effectiveness of subsequent supervision means,to monitor and improve the examination institutions detection technology and capability,and even can be directly assess and prove the examination institutions issued by the data accurate and reliable means of objective,so every inspection examination organization attaches great importance to the validation process.This paper summarizes the experience of the author in the water quality testing center of guangzhou development zone in the past seven years of obtaining the qualification of testing institutions in order to provide some help to the participants in the ability testing.
