摘要
本文采用PEG-20M毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器对乙醇消毒剂中的乙醇及常见杂质甲醇进行气相色谱分析。当N2压力为0.06 MPa,柱温为65℃时,甲醇和乙醇的柱效较高,分离效果较好,分析过程快速。以正丙醇作内标,f甲醇=1.813、f乙醇=1.287,RSD<3.2%;甲醇的加标回收率约为105%,乙醇的加标回收率接近100%。本方法作为对GB 26373《乙醇消毒剂卫生标准》中乙醇测定方法的改进,可以用于快速定量分析乙醇消毒剂中的乙醇含量以及杂质甲醇的含量。
Use PEG-20M capillary column and hydrogen flame ionization detector to analyze ethanol and common impurity methanol in ethanol disinfectants by gas chromatography.When the N2 pressure is 0.06 MPa and the column temperature is 65℃,the separation effect and the column efficiency of methanol and ethanol is good and the analysis process is fast.With n-propanol as internal standard,fmethanol=1.813,fethanol=1.287,RSD<3.2%;The recovery rate of methanol is about 105%,and the recovery rate of ethanol is close to 100%.This method can be used to quickly and quantitatively analyze the content of ethanol and impurity methanol in ethanol disinfectants.
