摘要
通过添加有机添加剂三乙胺甲醛复合添加剂,通过优化工艺参数,成功制备出黑色镀铑层,通过优化铑镀层的电镀工艺,可以获得亮度在60以下的铑镀层,结合XRD以及XPS分析,判断在电镀过程中有机物与金属铑的共沉积形成的复合结构是镀层发黑的机理。
By adding the organic additive triethylamine formaldehyde composite additive,by optimizing the process parameters,a black rhodium plating layer was successfully prepared,and by optimizing the electroplating process of the rhodium plating layer,a rhodium plating layer with a brightness below 60 can be obtained.Combined with XRD and XPS analysis,the composite structure formed by the co-deposition of organic matter and rhodium metal during electroplating is the mechanism of blackening of the coating.
