深度贫困区旅游扶贫绩效感知差异分析——基于渝东北639户农户调查数据

立足多维贫困视角,以渝东北为研究区域,运用因子分析和模糊综合评价方法,量化深度贫困区乡村旅游扶贫绩效等级,同时结合单因素方差分析,比较非贫困户和贫困户的感知差异。研究发现:渝东北地区旅游扶贫绩效评价介于"一般"与"满意"之间,不同类型农户对旅游扶贫绩效感知存在显著性差异,具体表现在经济发展水平、社会发展水平、思想文化水平以及可持续发展等方面。根据村级尺度多维贫困综合测度和感知差异比较分析结果,提出加大政策扶持、提高政府宣传力度、增强社区居民参与旅游能力、保护良好生态环境等对策建议。

Based on the perspective of multi-dimensional poverty,taking northeast Chongqing as the research area,this paper uses factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to quantify the poverty alleviation performance of rural tourism in the deeply impoverished areas,and compares the perceived differences between non-poor and poor households by single factor analysis of variance.It is found that the performance evaluation of tourism poverty alleviation in northeast Chongqing is between generality and satisfaction.There is a significant difference in the perception of tourism poverty alleviation performance among different types of farmers,which is reflected in the levels of economic development,social development,ideological and cultural levels,and in terms of sustainable development.Through the village-level multidimensional comprehensive measurement of poverty and the comparison of perceived differences,as a result,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing policy support,increasing government propaganda,enhancing the ability of community residents to participate in tourism,and protecting a good ecological environment.
