摘要 目的分析超声骨密度监测在高危儿生长发育监测中的意义。方法回顾性分析行超声骨密度监测的602例6~12月龄婴幼儿的资料,观察骨密度不足发生情况,比较不同性别婴幼儿骨密度不足发生情况;骨密度正常和不足婴幼儿体质量指数(BMI)。结果 602例婴幼儿中,骨密度正常150例(24.9%),轻、中度骨密度不足276例(45.8%),重度骨密度不足176例(29.2%)。不同性别婴幼儿骨密度不足发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨密度不足婴幼儿的BMI(28.6±3.1)kg/m^2明显高于骨密度正常婴幼儿的(22.3±1.2)kg/m^2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 6~12月龄高危儿生长发育中开展超声骨密度监测能够有效判断骨密度不足情况, BMI越高骨密度不足情况越严重,对于合理喂养、预防骨质疏松有重要的意义,适宜临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the significance of ultrasound bone mineral density monitoring in growth and development monitoring of high-risk children. Methods The data of 602 cases of 6-12 months old infants underwent ultrasound bone mineral density monitoring was retrospectively analyzed. The occurrence of bone mineral density deficiency was observed, and comparison was made on occurrence of bone mineral density deficiency in infants of different genders, body mass index(BMI) of normal and insufficient bone mineral density infants. Results Among 602 infants, 150 cases(24.9%) had normal bone mineral density, 276 cases(45.8%) had mild or moderate bone mineral density deficiency, and 176 cases(29.2%) had severe bone mineral density. There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of bone mineral density deficiency among infants of different genders(P>0.05). BMI(28.6±3.1) kg/m^2 of infants with insufficient bone mineral density was obviously higher than that of infants with normal bone mineral density(22.3±1.2) kg/m^2, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound bone mineral density monitoring during the growth and development of 6-12 month-old high-risk children can effectively determine bone mineral density. The higher BMI, the more serious the situation of bone mineral density deficiency. It is of great significance for rational feeding and prevention of osteoporosis, and it is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
