渤海某注弱凝胶油田生产井油管腐蚀失效研究 被引量:1

摘要 某油井油管发生腐蚀失效并断裂。通过宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相试验、腐蚀产物分析、力学性能测试、冲击试验、腐蚀模拟试验,根据现场实际工况,全面分析了油管腐蚀失效的原因。结果表明:油管主要腐蚀原因为CO2腐蚀,其次油田用弱凝胶渗入油层,吸附杂质在油管内壁沉淀附着,对油管造成了层状剥落腐蚀使其在外力作用下发生落鱼。最后给出了避免或减缓此类腐蚀问题再次发生的几点建议。 The oil pipe of an oil well has been corroded and broken.The causes of corrosion failure of oil pipes are analyzed comprehensively through the analysis of macroscopic morphology,chemical composition analysis,metallographic test,analysis of corrosion products,mechanical property test,impact test and corrosion simulation experiment based on the field conditions.The results show that the main cause of the oil pipe corrosion is carbon dioxide corrosion.In addtion,the oil permeated with weak gel that inclines to adsorbe impurities is deposited on the inner wall of oil pipe,wherein a layer-peeling corrosion occurs.Some suggestions are given accordingly to avoid or relief the recurrence of the corrosion problems.
