摘要
主要分析了罩式炉退火后的钢板在湿平整过程中板面产生黄斑的机理,同时探讨了造成该缺陷的几种重要因素。然后分别从平整液自身性能特征和现场工况条件两大方面提出了改进措施,最终成功解决了问题。
The formation mechanism of the yellow—stain defects during the wet tempering process of the steel strip after batch annealing is analyzed,and some important factors which result in the defects have been discussed.Then the improvement measures are put forward mainly focusing on the optimization of the temper fluid characteristics as well as the site application conditions.Finally the problem is solved successfully.
