归纳了传统工程机械用较小零件的涂装方式、吊具在使用中的常见问题;介绍了常见的零件涂装方式、通用分析可调节吊具的设计,对吊具的结构进行介绍、仿真分析、验证确认,并将吊具成功运用到了实际的生产过程中,给相应涂装作业带来了一定的便利。

This paper summarizes the painting method and common problems in the use of spreader in traditional construction machinery.The conventional coating methods for parts are introduced.The structure of the spreader is analyzed and verified for successful application in the actual production process,which brings certain convenience to the corresponding painting process.
