摘要
采用冻融劈裂、车辙、汉堡和低温弯曲试验分析室内拌和温拌沥青混合料与施工现场拌和沥青混合料性能,检测温拌试验路段压实质量,与热拌沥青混合料对比,评价温拌沥青混合料性能与现场实施效果。Sasobit温拌剂能够提高混合料高温性能,但对混合料低温性能有负面影响;TR温拌沥青混合料高温性能略有降低,但抗水损害性能和低温性能明显改善。温拌沥青混合料压实温度比热拌沥青混合料低30℃左右,其压实质量较热拌沥青混合料优异。
The performance of warm mix asphalt mixture in laboratory and in construction site were analyzed by freeze-thaw splitting,rutting,Hamburg and low-temperature bending tests. The compaction quality of warm mix test road section was detected compared with hot mix asphalt mixture. Evaluation of the performance of warm mix asphalt and the effect of its implementation on site. Sasobit could improve the mixture high temperature performance,but had a certain negative impact on the low temperature performance. The TR warm mix asphalt mixture high temperature performance was slightly reduced,but the water damage resistance and low temperature performance were improved obviously. Warm mix asphalt mixture could be compacted at about 30 ℃ lower than hot mix asphalt mixture,and the compaction quality is better than hot mix asphalt mixture.
