苏通大桥桥墩冲刷防护工程研究 被引量:2

摘要 自苏通大桥建成通车以来,受局部水流流速、流态改变和桥区北岸围垦工程的影响,北侧桥墩附近河床冲刷严重,北引桥22个桥墩急需实施冲刷防护工程。根据冲刷防护工程特点,选择抛石防护方案是首次长江下游地区已建桥梁冲刷性河床上群桩基础的冲刷防护工程。结合项目的设计方案、施工过程控制、评定验收等项目管理经验,尤其是施工过程中采用试抛、动态监测分析与动态设计调整等措施有效保证了施工质量。充分考虑水下防护工程的施工难度大,并以大量监测分析数据为依据,质量验收采用了厚度控制为主、高程控制为辅的理念,研究成果可为类似桥墩冲刷防护项目提供参考。 Since the completion and opening of Sutong Bridge,due to the influence of the change of flow velocity and flow pattern and the reclamation project on the north bank of the bridge area,the riverbed erosion near the north pier is serious,and the 22 piers of the north approach bridge are in urgent need of the erosion protection project.According to the characteristics of the erosion protection project,the riprap protection project is selected,which is the first erosion protection project of pile group foundation on the erosion bed of the bridge in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.Combined with the project’s design scheme,construction process control,evaluation and acceptance of the project management experience,especially in the construction process,the use of trial and throw,dynamic monitoring and analysis,dynamic design adjustment and other measures to effectively ensure the construction quality.Considering the difficulty of underwater protection engineering construction,and based on a large number of monitoring and analysis data,the concept of thickness control and elevation control is adopted for quality acceptance.The research results can provide reference for similar bridge pier erosion protection projects.
