智慧城市隧道综合监控体系研究

Research on the Integrated Supervision-Control System of Smart City Tunnel

隧道综合监控系统是保障隧道安全的重要组成部分。结合智慧隧道综合监控目标需求,明确智慧隧道综合监控体系与智慧城市、智慧交通体系之间的组织结构关系,将城市隧道纳入智慧城市和城市智慧交通体系,构建智能化的城市隧道综合监控系统"六横二纵"体系框架。同时,根据隧道综合监控体系主体业务特征,提出一体化运营管理组织体系,可为未来智慧隧道综合监控系统建设管理提供参考。

Integrated supervision-control system is a core component to ensure the safety of tunnel.Based on the development of smart city and the objective of integrated supervision-control of a smart tunnel,this paper analyzed the organizational relationship among the smart tunnel integrated supervision-control system and smart city as well as smart transportation,integrated the smart tunnel into the general framework of smart city,thus put forward a"six horizontal and two vertical"framework of integrated supervision-control system for smart tunnel,besides,according to the characteristics of different supervision-control assignment,proposed an integrated organization framework of operation and management.These can be used as a reference for the construction and management of smart tunnel in the future.
