摘要
随着江苏省干线航道的不断建设和完善,水路运输逐渐由"量"向"质"提升,内河水运货运量逐渐向高等级干线航道网络集中,服务模式也由"门到门"转变为通道性的长距离运输加公路短驳。常州市位于江苏省南部,地处长江以南、太湖之滨,与苏州、无锡联袂成片,地处苏南水网地区,境内水运资源丰富,内河航道发达。基于常州市内河航道现状,剖析区域航道发展存在的薄弱环节,结合市域航道发展目标,以问题和目标为导向,提出未来常州市内河航道的发展策略,为促进常州市内河航道发展、加速运输结构调整及有效支撑现代综合交通运输体系提供参考。
With the continuous construction and improvement of the main channel in Jiangsu Province,waterway transportation has gradually improved from"quantity"to"quality",the volume of inland water and freight transportation has gradually been concentrated into a high-level main channel network,and the service mode has also changed from"door to door"sexual longdistance transportation plus highway short barge.Changzhou city is located in the south of the Yangtze River,on the coast of Taihu Lake,and Suzhou,Wuxi together into a piece,is located in the southern Jiangsu water network area,the territory of water transport resources,inland waterways developed.Based on the present situation of inland waterway in Changzhou city,analyze the weak links and problems of the regional channel development,combined with the regional channel development targets,with problems and goal orientation,puts forward the future of Changzhou inland waterway development strategy,to promote the development of the inland waterway of Changzhou city,accelerate the transportation structure adjustment,the effective support of modern comprehensive transportation system to provide support.
