功能性鼻内窥镜手术在慢性鼻窦炎患者生活质量改善中的应用研究

目的研究功能性鼻内窥镜手术对慢性鼻窦炎患者生活质量的改善效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年2月我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各35例。对照组摘除鼻息肉后实施上颌窦根治手术治疗,研究组患者实施Messerklinger手术治疗,术中在鼻内镜监视下清除病变、改善和重建鼻腔、鼻窦通气引流功能。观察对比2组患者的治疗有效率以及生活质量水平。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分中的生理机能、社会功能、生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性鼻内窥镜手术不仅可有效治疗慢性鼻窦炎,还能使患者的生活质量提高,临床推广价值显著。

Objective To explore the effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery in improving the quality of life of patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods 70 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random number table,the selected subjects were divided into control group and study group,each with 35 cases.The patients in the study group were treated with messerklinger operation.During the operation,the lesions were cleared,the ventilation and drainage functions of the nasal cavity and sinuses were improved and reconstructed under the monitoring of nasal endoscope.The treatment efficiency and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,social function,physiological role,mental health,emotional role,body pain and overall health in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional endoscopic sinus surgery is not only effective in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,but also can improve the quality of life of patients.
