达立通颗粒治疗功能性胃十二指肠病的临床效果及安全性分析

Clinical effect and safety analysis of Dalitong granules in the treatment of functional gastroduodenal diseases

目的分析达立通颗粒治疗功能性胃十二指肠病的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月我院治疗的60例功能性胃十二指肠病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合达立通颗粒治疗,比较2组临床症状积分情况、胃排空率、疗效及不良反应率。结果观察组早饱、上腹痛、胃灼烧感积分低于对照组,胃排空率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论达立通颗粒治疗功能性胃十二指肠病能有效改善患者肠胃功能,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Dalitong Granules in the treatment of functional gastroduodenal diseases.Methods 60 case patients with functional gastroduodenal disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was treated with pantoprazole.The observation group was combined with Dalitong granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical performance scores,gastric emptying rate,efficacy and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of early satiety,upper abdominal pain and burning sensation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the gastric emptying rate was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.33%lower than that of the control group 23.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Dalitong Granules can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients with functional gastroduodenal diseases.It is safe and reliable and worthy of popularization and application.
