高频超声引导麦默通真空旋切术在乳腺良性肿物活检中的临床应用

The clinical application of high frequency probe guided MMT vacuum circumcision in breast benign tumor biopsy

目的探讨高频超声引导下麦默通真空旋切术(MMT)在乳腺良性肿瘤活检中的临床应用价值。方法选择2018年12月—2019年12月我院收治的500例乳腺良性小肿瘤患者作为研究对象,在高频超声引导定位下,分别采取传统开放活检手术(对照组)和麦默通真空旋切活检手术(试验组),每组各250例。比较2组的手术时间、出血量、切口长度、并发症等指标。结果与对照相比,试验组手术出血量较少、手术时间短、切口长度短、愈合时间快、并发症少(P<0.05)。结论高频超声引导下麦默通真空旋切活检术是一种准确、高效、微创的检查方法,可作为乳腺良性肿瘤活检的首选方法在临床开展。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of MMT in breast benign tumor biopsy under the guidance of high frequency probe ultrasound.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,selected the 500 benign small breast tumors of our hospital into the study objects.Under the guidance of high frequency probe ultrasound,there are two ways of conventional open biopsy(as the control group)and MMT vacuum assisted rotary biopsy(as the experimental group).250 cases in each group,the operative time,bleeding volume,incision length and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group has less bleeding,short operation time,short incision length,fast healing time and less overall complications.Conclusion MMT vacuum assisted biopsy guided by high frequency probe ultrasound can be the first choice for breast benign tumor biopsy.It is an accurate,efficient and minimally invasive operation method,which is worth to be widely carried out in clinical practice.
