教学能力大赛对职业院校教师核心素养各要素影响程度的探究 被引量:13

On Influences of Teaching Ability Contest toward Teachers’key Competencies at Vocational Colleges

摘要 利用扎根理论通过对相关文献进行质性研究得出职业院校教师核心素养模型包含6个核心模块和28个要素。以此为依据,对105名全国职业院校教师教学能力大赛(原全国职业院校教师信息化教学大赛)国赛获奖教师进行调研,利用层次分析法得到教学能力大赛对职业院校教师核心素养各要素影响程度矩阵,以期突破以能力为主评价教师的认知限度,明晰教学能力大赛对教师核心素养各要素的作用成效。由此得到的启示为:关注极值要素,挖掘素养提升抓手;关注管控能力,补齐教学模块短板;关注职教情怀,激发教师精神动力。 105 winners of the Contest(formerly the National Vocational College Teaching with Technology Contest)were selected as samples to test the vocational college teacher key competency model,which is a model containing 6 core modules and 28 elements and is summarized from previous studies using the methods of grounded theory.We use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to create degree matrix of key teaching competencies of vocational college instructors.The aim of the project is to investigate the influence of the Contest on teaching competencies,thus bringing to light the broader issue of teacher evaluation.The major contribution of this paper is to provide reference to refining rules and regulations for the Contest and give advices for teacher candidates.
