摘要
提出了一种数据包络分析(DEA)模型,用于评价由三个附加输入子系统组成的平行–串联两级系统的效率.根据混合两阶段系统的特点,基于DEA乘法模型和DEA加法模型提出了一个混合两阶段系统模型.采用启发式算法对线性规划问题进行求解.混合两阶段DEA模型能够评价系统的整体效率,将其分解为各阶段和各子系统的效率,并通过调整步长得到精确的计算结果.通过模型应用于我国30个工业行业的技术创新效率评价与分解,验证了模型的可行性.
Based on DEA multiplication model and DEA addition model a hybrid two-stage model is proposed.According to the characteristics of mixed two-stage system,a mixed two-stage system model is proposed based on DEA multiplication model and DEA addition model.The heuristic algorithm is used to solve the linear programming problem.The hybrid two-stage DEA model can evaluate the overall efficiency of the system,decompose it into the efficiency of each stage and each subsystem,and obtain the accurate calculation results by adjusting the step size.The feasibility of the model is verified by the evaluation and decomposition of the efficiency of technological innovation applied to 30 industrial sectors in China.
