摘要
目的:总结中药红藤中已经分离得到的化学成分。方法:检索中英文数据库,并对重复命名的化合物进行核对和归并,并采用Chem Bio Draw Ultra 14.0绘制化合物的化学结构。结果:共确定114种小分子化学成分,主要包括简单酚酸性化合物、苯丙酸类化合物、木脂素、三萜、黄酮等化学成分。结论:这将为进一步系统的研究红藤药效化学物质基础和开发该药材的新的医药用途提供一定的帮助。
Objective:To confirm the chemical constituents isolated from Sargentodoxa cuneata(Hongteng).Methods:Review and compare the chemical structures in published articles and the confirmed structures were drawn via Chem Bio Draw Ultra 14.0.Results:114 small molecular constituents isolated from S.cuneata and the associated chemical structures were confirmed,containing phenoloids,phenylpropanoic acids,lignans,triterpenoids,flavonoids and so on.Conclusion:This review would facilitate the further study on the chemical basis of this herb and finding new medicinal usage of S.cuneata.
