摘要
依托大型科研项目深海采矿船,从结构布置及构造、作业功能,载荷工况等方面与常规海船进行对比,确定采矿船船体结构设计适用的规范并采用三维直接设计分析技术对舯剖面特性进行复核、舯部月池和塔架等局部结构进行分析,总结深海采矿船的结构设计兼具常规海船和海工装置的特点;借助直接分析结果,通过采取针对性措施,提出安全性较高的方案,解决局部强度问题,确保结构设计的安全。
Based on the research project of large deep-sea mining vessel,the differences between deep-sea mining vessel and regular seagoing ships were studied in respect of structural arrangement,operating functions,load cases and so on.The appropriate regulations were adopted to check the characteristic of midsection and,analyze the local structures of moon pool and tower with three dimensional direct analysis design method.It can be concluded that the structural design of deep-sea mining vessel has characteristics of both regular seagoing ships and marine engineering device.With the help of the direct analysis results and the adoption of targeted measures,the higher safety scheme can be proposed to solve the local strength problem and ensure the safety of structural design.
