2457例女性泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体感染调查及药敏分析

Mycoplasma infection investigation and drug sensitivity analysis In 2457 female patients with genitourinary tract infection

目的回顾性分析妇科就诊患者泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(Uu)与人型支原体(Mh)感染状况及药敏试验结果,旨在为临床合理用药、提高抗菌治疗效果提供依据。方法收集2015年11月至2018年5月该院妇科门诊就诊的女性生殖道感染患者的临床基本信息,及支原体培养和药敏试验检测结果,分析患者支原体的感染情况,并比较不同感染类型对抗菌药物的灵敏度。结果2457例送检样本中,支原体阳性1516例,阳性检出率为61.73%,其中Uu、Mh、Uu+Mh混合感染阳性检出率分别为44.97%、1.99%和15.26%。支原体感染主要集中在40~49岁年龄段。体外药敏结果提示3种感染类型对交沙霉素、米诺环素和多西环素的敏感率均在97.00%以上;3种感染类型对克拉霉素、红霉素、罗红霉素、司帕沙星、左氧氟沙星以及甲砜霉素的药敏试验结果提示,灵敏度总体不好。结论女性泌尿生殖道支原体感染主要以单独解脲支原体感染为主,40~49岁区间的女性感染率较高,体外药敏试验结果显示,支原体感染治疗的首选抗菌药物为交沙霉素、米诺环素和多西环素。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the infection status and drug resistance of Ureaplasmaurealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)in gynecological patients So as to Provide reference for clinical rational drug use and raising antibacterial effects.Methods The clinical basic information and the results of Mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test of patients with female genital infection from November 2015 to May 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and compared the antibacterial susceptibility of different infection type.Results Among the 2457 samples,1516 cases were identified to present with positive Mycoplasma(61.73%).The prevalence rates of Uu,Mh and Uu+Mh were 44.97%,1.99%and 15.26%,respectively.And the infection rate were mainly concentrated in the age of 40 to 49 years.The susceptibility test results in vitro indicated that the susceptibility rates of all the three infection types to josamycin,minocycline and doxycycline were above 97.00%.But the susceptibility rates to sparfloxacin,levofloxacin and thiamphenicol were not satisfactory.Conclusion Female genitourinary tract infection was mainly caused by single infection of Uu.Women among the age of 40 to 49 years has higher infection rate.According to the results of susceptibility test in vitro,the Sakymus,Minocycline and Doxycycline were the first choice for Mycoplasma infection treatment.
