上海市奉贤区0~5岁儿童末梢血血细胞分析参考范围调查

Investigation on the reference ranges of peripheral blood cell analysis value of children aged 0-5 in Fengxian District,Shanghai

目的建立0~5岁儿童末梢血白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白量(Hb)、红细胞比容(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血小板(PLT)计数的参考范围。方法收集694例1~28 d健康新生儿;1493例29天至12个月婴儿;1013例13个月至3岁幼儿;573例4~5岁儿童,共3773例0~5岁健康婴幼儿末梢血液,应用sysmex XS800i全自动血细胞分析仪进行血细胞分析,按年龄组统计分析WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、PLT,得出各参数不同年龄段的参考区间。结果本地区男女婴儿末梢血WBC、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、PLT参考区间在年龄段中差异有统计学意义,但在性别统计中差异无统计学意义。结论实验室应制定本地区不同年龄段婴幼儿末梢血血细胞分析参考值区间。

Objective To establish the reference ranges of peripheral blood analysis value in 0-5 years old children including:White blood cell(WBC)count,Red blood cell(RBC)count,Hemoglobin(Hb),Hematocrit(HCT),Rmean corpuscular volune,(MCV),mean corpuscular Hemoglobin(MCH),mean corpuscular Hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),Platelet(PLT)count.Methods The peripheral blood of 694 cases of 1-28 d healthy infants,1493 cases of 29-12-month-old infants,1013 cases of 13-3-year-old infants,573 cases of 4-5-year-old infants,total 3773 cases of 0-5-year-old healthy infants were collected and analyzed with sysmex XS800i automatic blood cell analyzer,WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,PLT were statistically analyzed according to the age group,and the reference intervals of each parameter in different age groups were obtained.Results The reference intervals of WBC,RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC and PLT in the peripheral blood of male and female infants in this area were statistically significant in the age group,but there was no statistical significance in the gender statistics.Conclusion The laboratory should establish the reference range of peripheral blood cell analysis value for infants of different ages in this area.
