血清CA125水平在妇科肿瘤患者中应用

Application of serum CA125 level in gynecological cancer patients

目的探讨血清糖类抗原(CA)125水平在卵巢囊肿患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月在该院妇科确诊为卵巢囊肿的患者156例,子宫肌瘤患者144例作为研究对象,另选取同时期在该院妇科体检的健康人群1120例作为对照组,分析比较各组人群血清中CA125的水平。结果卵巢囊肿组及子宫肌瘤组患者血清CA125水平要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);卵巢囊肿及子宫肌瘤的发生均与CA125水平有一定的相关性(r=0.247、0.494,P<0.01);CA125对卵巢囊肿及子宫肌瘤的有一定的预测价值,经ROC曲线计算得出其临床诊断点分别为25.55、26.10 U/mL。结论血清CA125水平在妇科肿瘤患者中有较高的应用价值,但是需要重新确定临床诊断临界值。

Objective To explore the value of serum CA125 level in the diagnosis of ovarian cysts.Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of ovarian cyst and 144 cases of uterine leiomyoma diagnosed in gynecology department of Putuo District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the experimental group,and another 1120 cases of normal people who underwent gynecological examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The levels of serum CA125 in each group were analyzed and compared.Results The levels of serum CA125 in ovarian cyst group and hysteromyoma group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The occurrence of ovarian cyst and hysteromyoma was correlated with CA125 level(r=0.247,P<0.01),(r=0.494,P<0.01).CA125 had certain predictive value for ovarian cyst and hysteromyoma,and its clinical diagnosis point calculated by ROC curve was 25.55 U/mL and 26.10 U/mL,respectively.Conclusion Serum CA125 level has high application value in patients with gynecological tumors,but it is necessary to redefine the critical value of clinical diagnosis.
