湖南省6 607例0~7岁孩童食物不耐受结果分析

摘要 目的分析湖南省食物不耐受情况,为湖南地区儿童合理安排饮食提供科学依据。方法采用酶联吸附免疫法(ELISA)检测人血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体。结果通过14项特异性IgG抗体检测,湖南地区6607例样本中,牛奶特异度IgG阳性率最高,为75.04%,依次为鸡蛋(55.45%),小麦(46.90%),西红柿(37.12%),大豆(30.19%)等,虾不耐受情况最轻,为0.75%。按照等级分布,牛奶、鸡蛋主要为3级不耐受,小麦,西红柿,大豆主要为1级,2级不耐受;对各项特异性IgG性别差异统计中,牛奶、鸡蛋、西红柿有性别差异(P<0.05),牛奶不耐受情况男童多于女童,鸡蛋,西红柿不耐受情况女童多于男童。结论湖南地区儿童普遍存在食物不耐受情况,牛奶和鸡蛋为主要不耐受食物,日常生活中,人们要重视食物不耐受的筛查,科学规范调整饮食方案,为孩童健康成长保驾护航。 Objective To analyze the Food Intolerance in Hunan province and provide scientific basis for the reasonable diet arrangement of children in Hunan province.Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect 14 kinds of food specific IgG antibodies in human serum.Results Among the 6607 samples tested by 14 specific IgG antibodies,the positive rate of milk specific IgG was the highest(75.04%),followed by egg(55.45%),wheat(46.90%),tomato(37.12%),soybean(30.19%),etc.,and shrimp intolerant was the lightest(0.75%).According to grade distribution,milk and eggs were mainly of grade 3(severe)intolerance,wheat,tomato and soybean were of grade 1(mild)and grade 2(moderate)intolerance.In terms of gender differences in specific IgG,there were gender differences in milk,eggs,soy and tomatoes(P<0.05),more boys than girls were intolerant to milk and soy,and more girls than boys were intolerant to eggs and tomatoes.Conclusion Food Intolerance is common among children in Hunan.Milk and eggs are the main food intolerances.In daily life,we should pay attention to the screening of food intolerance,adjust the diet plan scientifically,and ensure the healthy growth of children.
