来氟米特联合雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎对免疫球蛋白及补体水平的影响

Effects of systemic leflunomide combined with Tripterygium wilfordii on immunoglobulin and complement levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨来氟米特联合雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎对免疫球蛋白及补体水平的影响。方法选择2017年10月至2019年9月在该院就诊的体检健康者及类风湿关节炎患者分别作为对照组(38例)和病例组(38例),病例组采用“来氟米特片+雷公藤多苷片”治疗。对照组和病例组治疗前、后检测类风湿因子(RF)、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4,对数据进行统计学分析。结果对照组与病例组RF、IgA、IgG、IgM差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);补体C3、C4差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组治疗前、病例组治疗后免疫球蛋白RF、IgA、IgG、IgM差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),补体C3、C4差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经来氟米特联合雷公藤多苷治疗后,类风湿性关节炎患者RF、免疫球蛋白RF、IgA、IgG、IgM水平显著降低,补体C3、C4水平无统计学变化。

Objective To investigate the effect of leflunomide combined with tripterygium wilfordii on immunoglobulin and complement levels in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Healthy patients and rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted to Yuhang Orthopaedic Hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the normal group(38 cases)and the case group(38 cases)respectively,and the case group was treated with"leflunomide tablet+tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet".Rheumatoid factor(RF),IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C3 and C4 were detected in normal group,case group before and after treatment,and the data were statistically analysed.Results The difference of RF,IgA,IgG and IgM between normal group and case group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in complement C3 and C4.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in immunoglobulin RF,IgA,IgG and IgM before and after treatment in the case group,while there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in complement C3 and C4.Conclusion After the treatment of leflunomide combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside,RF,IgG,IgM levels of rheumatoid arthritis patients were significantly reduced,while complement C3 and C4 levels showed no statistical change.
