太原地区成人冬季25-羟维生素D参考区间初步调查

摘要 目的调查居住在太原地区人群的25-羟维生素D(25-OHVitD)状态,探索和建立25-OHVitD正常与适宜状态测定参考值,为临床诊疗提供可靠依据。方法筛选2018年11-12月在山西金域健康体检中心体检标本203例,男女性别比例约1∶1,收集体检对象的基本资料,采用化学发光法测定其血清25-OHVitD水平。结果调查所用的25-OHVitD检测系统精密度良好,血清25-OHVitD水平呈非正态分布,采用非参数法设立参考区间为8.57~19.35 ng/mL。结论建立了针对国产25-OHVitD检测系统的参考区间。还需进一步调查不同性别、不同年龄、不同季节、不同工作地点人群的参考区间之间的差别有无意义。
