外语实验室在高校外语人才培养中发挥着不可或缺的作用,如何在加大实验室建设力度的同时,使实验室高效运行,改变重建设、轻管理的传统观念,是一个亟待解决的问题。实验室管理工作是一项复杂、不容间断的工作,从管理制度、管理队伍、关系协调、日常维护、环境卫生、安全工作六个方面探讨了外语实验室的管理工作,力求提高实验室的管理水平。

Foreign language laboratory plays an indispensable role in the cultivating foreign language professionals in colleges and universities,the priority concern attaches importance to laboratory management on the basis of further input into laboratory construction,rather than the conventional concept of preference for construction and negligence for management,it is an urgent problem to be solved.Laboratory management is a complex and uninterrupted work,discuss the management of foreign language laboratories from six aspects:management system,management team,relationship coordination,daily maintenance,environment sanitation,safety work,strive to improve the management level of the laboratory.
