The comprehensive practice of equipment support practice in military academies is a comprehensive activity for training talents.This paper expounds the countermeasures from the aspects of personnel quality,knowledge preparation and technical scheme,and puts forward some useful ideas and suggestions.In order to promote the transformation of personnel training mode and speed up the improvement of personnel training quality,it is proposed to explore a way of comprehensive training of equipment support specialty which is consistent with the characteristics and laws of personnel training in equipment colleges and universities and adapt to the transformation of military training.
