摘要
以CATIA为建模平台,将模型导入ansysworkbench软件中,分别运用static structure和transient structural两个分析模块进行静力学和瞬态动力学分析。研究了静力学下行星齿轮在啮合区及齿根部的应力,应变和总变形量云图。以及研究了加速状态下行星齿轮的应变应力随时间分布情况和大小变化和啮合特点。
CATIA was taken as the modeling platform and the model was imported into AnSYsWorkbench.Static structure and transient structural analysis modules were respectively used for static and transient dynamics analysis.The nephogram of stress strain and total deformation of planetary gear in meshing region and tooth root under statics is studied.And the variation of the strain stress with time distribution and size and meshing characteristics of planetary gears under acceleration state are studied.
