工程监理与工程项目管理中的问题及解决措施刍议

建设工程项目的工程监理与项目工程管理对于工程建设发展有着重要的影响,能够高效确保工程建设质量与效率,还能提高工程施工人员的施工技术水平,督促其提高工作效率,有效降低建设工程出现质量问题,能够更好地推动我国建筑行业稳健发展。鉴于此,本文主要分析工程监理与工程项目管理中的问题及解决措施。

the construction of the project construction supervision and project engineering management has an important influence to the development of engineering construction,able to efficiently ensure the construction quality and efficiency,also can improve the level of construction technology of engineering construction staff,supervise and urge its improve work efficiency,reduce the construction project quality problems,better able to promote steady development of construction industry in China.In view of this,this paper mainly analyzes the project supervision and project management problems and solutions.
