关于如何做好乡镇政工工作的思考

政工工作,在各个单位都是立业之本,工作之基,更是促使各项工作得以顺利展开的源动力。在乡镇单位,作为国家第一线的基层组织,直接面对的是广大人民群众的矛盾和利益,较其他单位工作更为繁重,若不能合理处理,容易产生不良后果,也会影响到人们群众对政府单位的信心和拥戴。因此,乡镇单位的政工工作更为重要。本文从乡镇政工工作的意义着手,探讨对政工工作的认识,并分析做好乡镇政工工作的可行途径,以期指导实际工作,促进乡镇单位建设和政工事业的发展。
