摘要
档案管理工作在乡镇事业单位的运营和发展过程中,是其整体工作的重要组成部分。对于提升事业单位的工作效率和有效促进事业单位良性发展具有十分重要的作用。然而,在实际工作中,乡镇事业单位在档案管理过程中仍存在很多问题,一定程度上阻碍了乡镇事业单位的良性发展。因此,本文着重探究乡镇事业单位档案管理工作中产生的问题及原因,探索解决的问题的方法及思路,使事业单位人事管理各项制度和措施有效落实,切实提升提升工作实效。
Archives management is an important part of the overall work in the operation and development of township public institutions.It plays a very important role in improving the work efficiency of public institutions and effectively promoting the benign development of public institutions.However,in practice,there are still many problems in the process of file management in township public institutions,which to some extent hinder the benign development of township public institutions.Therefore,this paper focuses on exploring the problems and causes arising from the archives management work of township public institutions,exploring the methods and ideas to solve the problems,so as to effectively implement various systems and measures of personnel management of public institutions,and effectively enhance the effectiveness of work.
