阅读英美文学作品在英语阅读教学中的意义

高校英语教学一直是大学教学中的重点科目,其受到学生们的广泛重视,而大学英语阅读的教学作为整体教学中的主要内容,其对学生们阅读能力的提高具有重要的推动作用,同时还能推动学生们整体英语水平的增强。对于大学阅读的学习来说,英美文学作品的阅读具有重要的辅助作用,其可以激发学生学习兴趣,进而提升英语实力。鉴于此,本文主要立足于英美文学作品的相关特点,简要分析了阅读英美文学作品在英语阅读教学中的意义,以期促进学生成长成才。

College English teaching has always been a key subject in college teaching,which has been widely valued by students.As the main content of the overall teaching,college English reading teaching plays an important role in promoting the improvement of students'reading ability,as well as the enhancement of students'overall English level.For college reading,the reading of British and American literature plays an important auxiliary role,which can stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their English ability.In view of this,this paper,based on the relevant characteristics of British and American literary works,briefly analyzes the significance of reading British and American literary works in English reading teaching,in order to promote the growth of students.
