带式输送机故障分析及智能监测监控

摘要 带式输送机具有环节多、工作时间长、负载高、能够实现远距离的运输等特点,在各行各业中都有着广泛的应用。通过利用皮带的伸缩产生较强摩擦力和驱动装置产生的驱动力提供动力,完成运输工作。本文主要针对矿用带式输送机在工作中出现的问题,例如长时间连续工作所造成的损耗、机械设备故障等,分析带式输送机在工作中可能会出现的安全故障,对不同的故障进行探究,提出针对性的解决方法,进而完善故障智能监测系统,提高煤矿带式输送机的工作稳定性。 Belt conveyor has many links,long working hours,high load,can achieve long-distance transport characteristics,in all walks of life have a wide range of applications.Through the expansion of the belt to generate strong friction force and the driving force generated by the driving device to provide power,complete the transport work.This article mainly aimed at the problems arising from the mine belt conveyor in the work,such as long time continuous work,mechanical equipment failure caused by the loss and analysis of the belt conveyor in work safety failure may occur,to explore the different fault,puts forward corresponding solutions,and then improve the fault intelligent monitoring system,improve the operation stability of the belt conveyor of coal mine.
