试论信息技术在特殊教育教学中的应用

俗话说:“天有不测风云,人有旦夕祸福”,疾病和意外等各种不幸的发生,导致一部分人在身体、精神或智力方面造成了长期的损伤,成为了“特殊人群”。“特殊人群”和我们一样,都是父母孕育的生命,都在努力的面对这个世界,而且他们并没有因为自身的原因而放弃努力,反而比普通人更加努力的去服务社会,更加努力的去生活。如果他们能得到合适的教育,那么他们表现的不会比普通人差,甚至比常人更加优秀,本文从如何运用信息技术来提升特殊教育的教学效率来进行分析。

As the saying goes:"the day is unpredictable,people have a blessing or a curse",diseases and accidents and other unfortunate occurrence,resulting in some people in the physical,mental or intellectual caused long-term damage,become a"special people".Just like us,"special people"are the life nurtured by their parents and are trying to face the world.Instead of giving up due to their own reasons,they work harder than ordinary people to serve the society and live a better life.If they can get proper education,their performance will not be worse than ordinary people,or even better than ordinary people.This paper analyzes how to use information technology to improve the teaching efficiency of special education.
