不同涂膜处理对冬枣贮藏品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了探讨冬枣采摘后不同涂膜剂处理对其贮藏效果的影响,分别以魔芋粉、卡拉胶、海藻酸钠单独涂膜和三者复合涂膜对冬枣进行处理,并定期测定冬枣的失重率、可滴定酸含量、可溶性固形物含量、VC含量、烂果率等枣果品质的变化。结果表明:以0.2%魔芋粉、0.3%卡拉胶、0.5%海藻酸钠三种涂膜剂复配涂膜,对冬枣贮藏保鲜有较明显的效果,能保持冬枣的感官品质,延长冬枣的贮藏期。 In order to investigate the influences of different coating agents on the storage effect of winter jujube after picking,the winter jujube was treated with konjak flour,carrageenan,sodium alginate coating and these three composite coatings in comparison.And changes in the quality of jujube such as weight loss proportion,titratable acid content,soluble solid content,VC content and rotten fruit rate were measured regularly.The results showed that the coating film compounded with 0.2%konjak flour,0.3%carrageenan and 0.5%sodium alginate was much more superior in terms of the storage and preservation of winter jujube,maintaining the sensory quality and prolonging the storage period of winter jujube.
